BOOKING POLICY — ATELIER BEAUTY
When booking a service at Atelier Beauty, please read the following booking and cancellation policy carefully. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.
1. Your Appointment & Aftercare
When you book an appointment, you will be guided on the treatment best suited to your nails. If you choose a service that is not recommended for your nail type, we cannot guarantee the strength or resilience of the result, and how long the nails last will be your responsibility.
If you have bitten nails or thin, weak nails, your refill schedule will differ from the standard timeline. In these cases, a refill may be needed as soon as one to two weeks after your original appointment, depending on your needs.
Before your treatment begins, we will consult with you about your wishes regarding the look and length of your nails. This can still be adjusted at any point during the appointment, provided the booked time allows for it.
If you experience lifting, breakage, or other issues with your nails, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment and send a photo of the affected nail(s). Complimentary repairs are available within this period. After 5 days, repairs may be subject to a fee. Please note that nail enhancements are exposed to normal daily wear and tear, and their longevity can also depend on your individual nails and aftercare routine.
As you will have approved your nails and left the salon satisfied, we do not offer refunds once you have left.
2. Companions Policy
To ensure a calm, focused environment for your treatment, we kindly ask that you do not bring companions to your appointment. This allows us to give our full attention to each client without distractions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your treatment time. If this notice is not given, 50% of the treatment price will be invoiced. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Cancellations can be reported by phone call or SMS to 22 23 37 10, or by direct message on Messenger/Instagram.
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly. We will extend the treatment if time allows; if the delay is such that the treatment cannot be completed, 50% of the treatment price will be invoiced.
After 3 consecutive cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required to make any further bookings.
4. Reminders
By booking, you agree to receive confirmation and appointment reminders by email and SMS.
Agreement
Booking an appointment at Atelier Beauty constitutes agreement to all terms in this policy.

Når du booker en behandling hos Atelier Beauty, bedes du læse følgende booking- og afbestillingspolitik grundigt. Ved at booke en tid bekræfter du, at du har læst, forstået og accepteret nedenstående vilkår.
1. Din behandling og efterbehandling
Når du booker en tid, bliver du vejledt om, hvilken behandling der passer bedst til dine negle. Vælger du en behandling, der ikke anbefales til din neglestype, kan vi ikke garantere styrken eller holdbarheden af resultatet, og det er dit eget ansvar, hvor længe neglene holder.
Har du bidte negle eller tynde, svage negle, vil dit påfyldningsinterval afvige fra det almindelige forløb. I disse tilfælde kan påfyldning være nødvendig allerede en til to uger efter din oprindelige tid, afhængigt af dit behov.
Inden behandlingen starter, taler vi med dig om dine ønsker til neglenes udseende og længde. Dette kan justeres undervejs i behandlingen, hvis den bookede tid tillader det.
Oplever du, at neglene løsner sig, knækker eller har andre problemer, bedes du kontakte os senest 5 dage efter din behandling og vedhæfte et billede af den/de berørte negl(e). Inden for denne periode tilbyder vi vederlagsfri reparation. Efter 5 dage kan reparation være forbundet med et gebyr. Bemærk, at negleforlængelser udsættes for almindelig daglig slitage, og at holdbarheden også afhænger af dine individuelle negle og din efterbehandling.
Da du har godkendt dine negle og forladt salonen tilfreds, tilbyder vi ikke refundering, når du først har forladt salonen.
2. Ledsagerpolitik
For at sikre et roligt og fokuseret miljø under din behandling beder vi dig venligst om ikke at medbringe ledsagere til din tid. Det gør det muligt for os at give hver kunde vores fulde opmærksomhed uden forstyrrelser.
3. Afbestillingspolitik
Afbestilling skal ske senest 24 timer før behandlingstidspunktet. Sker dette ikke, opkræves 50% af prisen for den aftalte behandling. Ved udeblivelse på dagen opkræves 100% af behandlingens pris.
Afbestilling skal ske telefonisk, via SMS til 22 23 37 10, eller via besked på Messenger/Instagram.
Kommer du for sent til din tid, kan det medføre kortere behandlingstid end aftalt. Er der tid til det, forlænger vi behandlingen. Er forsinkelsen så stor, at behandlingen ikke kan gennemføres, opkræves 50% af behandlingens pris.
Efter 3 afbestillinger i træk kræves et depositum på 50% for at kunne booke en ny tid.
4. Påmindelser
Ved booking accepterer du at modtage bekræftelse og påmindelser om din tid via e-mail og SMS.
Aftale
At booke en tid hos Atelier Beauty svarer til at acceptere samtlige vilkår i denne politik.
